Local "Pop Warner" history continues with the 30th year of the youth football league named after the legendary Glenn Scobey "Pop" Warner, the most successful college level coach in history with 316 career wins, Head Coach of Stanford University Football from 1923 until 1932. A strong believer in the value of education and the development of a well-rounded individual through athletic competition, Warner expected and received no less from his players in the classroom than he did on the playing field. Among many innovations, he developed the spiral forward pass, the punt, the lineman's blocking crouch, and experimented with safety equipment in the early days of football... advancements in everyday use today.

We Need your help this Season

Each year several New Board members and Coaches are sought... Coachs, Parents, or Fans interested in seeing Revere Junior Patriots Youth Football continue in Revere. Organizing or administrative skills, coaching or (more typically) high school football background, fund-raising, or just plain enthusiasm-- all are needed to help administer and improve our Pop Warner program. Individuals or parents who would like to be a part of and help Pop Warner Football, such as Coaches, Board members, or helpful parents or individuals, should email their name, phone number, and interest to Revere Junior Patriots Football.
