Cyber Tell Bell

Hello, My name is Bill Bell. I have decided to write a consumer advocate column. I started the original Consumer Affairs office in Revere City Hall in l976. Also, I had a consumer column called Tell Bell that I am going to duplicate on this board.

This article will try to help consumers regarding money saving and to educate you concerning Consumer Protection Laws ( Chapter 93 A ) The wise consumer will save money if he or she shops around.

As a former Consumer Affairs Director I usually know where and how to get my moneys worth out of a dollar. If any consumers have a question, problem, or complaint please feel free to write. I will try to answer any general questions or complaints consumers have in this article that I intend to publish once a week. I will try to mediate complaints from a consumer with a merchant in a common sense way. So feel free to send in your questions.

Consumer Tip of The Week.

Did you know that you should never pay the sticker price for a new car. Depending on the model and make there is always at least a 10 to 18 % discount available on new car sales. I will be more than happy to show anyone how to shop for a new auto the smart way. Also, if you trade in an auto you have to be very sharp and on your toes.

That's all for this week folks,
Bill Bell
